@arstechnica These kinds of events make me think many things around us don't happen not because they can't happen, but there hasn't been anybody to commit to doing so, yet.

@arstechnica I always wonder what is the motivation behind this. Since it is unethical (they attack victims, but don't report it), who is behind them? Who pays for their service?
