FreeBSD Day is tomorrow.
We’re feeling a little nostalgic…
What version of FreeBSD did you start on? Was it a CD, a stack of floppies, or something else?

@FreeBSDFoundation my first FreeBSD is 13
@FreeBSDFoundation a friend who was raving about FreeBSD showed me how to install qmail including patches from ports and got me hooked. That was on 4.1 or 4.2 maybe. Have been using it since then. Thanks to all the wonderful people I got to meet in the BSD community. <3
@FreeBSDFoundation Started back in 2000 with a FreeBSD 4.1 CD that happened to fall into my hands. I’d been using Linux since 1993, but FreeBSD was a complete game-changer for me. Hooked ever since. Anyone else remember when Google actually had a dedicated [google.com/bsd](https://google.com/bsd) search page? Good times.
