Ghostty OpenGL-Accelerated Terminal Available On Ubuntu 26.04 LTS
Since Ubuntu 25.04 Ptyxis has been the default terminal emulator after it initially became available in Ubuntu 24.10. For the upcoming Ubuntu 26.04 LTS release, Ptyxis remains the default but Ghostty is now available too… https://www.phoronix.com/news/Ghostty-Ubuntu-26.04
