GnuPG's issue tracker not available due to heavy DDoS.

Currently there are SYN flood attacks against https://dev.gnupg.org/, and as a temporary measure the website is closed to the public.

We are working on a solution which keeps the community involved with GnuPG development, but for the moment inconvenience cannot be avoided.
