@arstechnica Why does anyone still deal with HP? They have been toxic in printers, computers, and supplies for a very long time.

That framing of compatible as "counterfeit" is exactly the problem, you know?
@arstechnica Unless regulators step in, manufacturers will just impose DRM on their branded cartridges, so that even OEMs won't work. Keurig did it; anyone can do it, if they're allowed to.
