Le principe de précaution. Mais avec la sécheresse qui court et l'eau potable qui manque déjà un peu partout, mieux vaut ne pas conclure à une nécessité de détruire les stocks. Faire cesser la production, oui. Et reprendre la main sur nos biens inaliénables, vitaux, dont l'eau.
