New in PCSX2 v2.7.207: Windows users no longer need to hunt for ffmpeg DLLs anymore to use our built-in video capture feature!
The Codec list has also been simplified to help reduce choice paralysis!
The choice now comes down to H264, H265 and AV1.

Do keep in mind that GPU supports are still needed for these HW Encoders (AMD AMF, NVIDIA NVENC, Intel QuickSync).
Please make sure that your GPU hardware supports the video codec you want to use, otherwise you will have to fallback to CPU Encoding, which is slower than HW Encoding.
