@arstechnica That's true. The law often seems perverse to people, I know, but they're legally correct.
You are free to sue a company if you believe they ripped you off, but tariffs are just one of many of their costs. If the cost of petrol goes up, the cost of products shipped using petrol goes up, too, but you're not legally due a refund for that, either.
