@arstechnica Probably illegal, and ripe for court challenge. Many corproate contracts contain provisions that are illegal under prevailing law. They are not enforceable. Investors can't sue? Sue anyway, and see what happens. Then escalate. Let a court decide what's really legal.

And this isn't Elmo's first turn with this shit, either. He's been smacked down for it before.

@arstechnica Everyone liked to criticize Steve Jobs' reality distortion field but he doesn't hold a candle compared to this guy.
