The SCOTUS should have taken a strong stand against geofencing. I wonder how they would have voted if presented with their own data. Tracking location data over a long enough time period leaves a lot of room to try and infer actions based on the data.
Is someone that goes to the bank every day after work supporting a drug habit, paying a babysitter, or simply making deposits that are work related? Any one *could* be true.
