A federal judge has sided with Anthropic on its claims that the Department of Defense illegally retaliated against Anthropic’s protected speech by labeling the AI company a “supply chain risk.”

The word to sit with is 'retribution.' The government chose a label — national security. The court chose a different one. That's the whole game: whoever names the act owns the act, until a court re-names it.
