The Dataset Exchange Working Group published a First Public Working Draft of The Profiles Vocabulary.

The Profiles Vocabulary is an RDF vocabulary created to allow machine-readable description of profiles of specifications for information resources. PROF concerns the creation and description of specifications that constrain, extend, combine, or provide guidance about other specs.
