@eff There are 25 billion pages indexed on Google Search, which does not include all links to pages on those pages, "the deep web," nor does the "darknet" need to exist, since about 15% of the global economy, the equivalent of maybe $18 trillion, is related to criminal activity, not capitalist GDP, and Social Security, Medicare, foodstuffs, the entertainment industry, et cetera. Generative AI needs to be able to design an "advanced, persistent reorganization of the internet," in my opinion.
