@XPHETOE To report a defect an email to gnupg-users, is sufficient.
The issue tracker is only useful for reporters that frequently use it and have some experience with GnuPG development (or advanced) usage.

Then you have been informed that it is considered problematic to raise the same issue again and again without considering the technical explanations. And that you that you will be blocked if you continue to do so. You did raise it in that problematic way. So now you are blocked from some infrastructure (partly temporarily).
